I want Clucking Crispy to be fun, fresh and delicious!

I’ve spent years working long hours in some of the best kitchens in the world and often they are very serious places, I want to make food that everyone can enjoy and makes people smile.

When I decided to create my Clucking Crispy chicken I did a lot of research into what things make the perfect chicken burger then went to work! I tried so many combinations of spices and herbs then  I tried brines, buttermilk and different hot sauces. Finally, after the taste was good I needed to improve the texture and that led to a lot of different flour combinations!  My final version that’s sold today will stay crunchy for ages, so I had to call it …Clucking Crispy!
